I bought this roaster SEVERAL years ago…. It has performed flawlessly!!!  I love roasting my own coffee so much I upgraded my stove exhaust fan so that it would vent to the outside.  This coffee roaster lets YOU control your roast!  I have become spoiled and will no longer buy pre roasted coffee.  This roaster is good and heavy, not flimsy.  Since it is so easy to use I roast on a weekly basis, giving me absolutely fresh coffee every morning.  I use this on a gas range, not sure how well it would work on electric.  You can’t go wrong with this roaster!
