Received my Wide 400 with Center 306 and chaff collector/Bean Chiller 3 days ago. Let me tell you, shipping was lighting fast from Korea to Northern California. 7 days from placing my order until it arrived at my door, total! Everything arrived in pristine condition as the packing and packaging were top notch. I used to work for all the big name shipping companies and I know great packaging when I see it. The roaster and chiller are built to last. heavy gauge steel, heavy DC motors, Very nice powder coating. Set up was very easy after watching a few videos. Connected to the Artisan software just as easy. I'm running Artisan on a MacBook Pro, no problems at all. I've been roasting with a Behmor for about 8 years and I decided to step up to gas roasting. I looked at many other machines and finally decided on the Kaldi. I am thrilled with this roaster. I've had it 3 days and I've roasted 5 pounds (2.2kg) of beans already! Each roast just gets better and better. 

If you're like me and researching smaller gas drum roasters under a kg. I can recommend the Kaldi Wide 400 whole heartedly. I am literally shocked at the quality of this machine. JUST BUY IT !!!
